Why this site exists
Many casino review pages talk like the decision has already been made for the reader. We built SlotPerkHarbour to do the opposite. The job here is to slow the first click down long enough to inspect what matters: licence status, operator disclosure, how readable the offer language feels, and whether a player can work out the payment picture before they commit to a registration flow. We would rather publish fewer featured brands than pad the page with weak names and generic praise.
The site is not a casino and does not handle deposits, withdrawals, account registration, or customer support for any operator. We are a comparison layer. Readers use us to narrow their shortlist before they move to a third-party operator site.
How we review
Our scoring frame has nine fixed checkpoints. The first is licence proof. If that piece is hard to find, the rating starts in the wrong direction. After that we inspect the public terms behind the offer, the game mix, the mobile flow, cashier clarity, support visibility, and the speed at which a reader can answer obvious questions without opening five separate pages. We note where an operator page feels clean and where it tries to outrun detail with louder marketing.
Reviews are written in-house from scratch. We do not copy operator wording, and we do not let affiliate deals write our ranking logic. Commercial relationships may exist, but they do not buy softer language or a higher place on the page.
How narrow the shortlist stays
We monitor a rolling list of 49 UK-facing casino brands across the current editorial cycle, but the homepage shows only two at a time under this concept. That limit is deliberate. A shorter page forces discipline. It also makes the comparison more useful because readers can see why one brand edges the other instead of scrolling through ten cards that say the same thing in different colours.
When a brand drops below our comfort line, we remove it rather than keep it visible for volume. That line can shift if a site changes its wording, cashier presentation, or overall quality.
